Exhibitor Opportunities

In accordance with recent updates in the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education for ACCME, What’s New in GI 2027 will not share the names or contact information of attendees without the explicit consent of the individual.

Conference and Exhibit Details:

• Setup on Saturday, February 20 at 6:30 am.
• Exhibits are open 7:00 am to 3:30 pm during registration, breakfast, breaks, and lunch. Times are subject to change.
• Each exhibit space includes one 6′ table and 2 chairs.
• Power outlets are limited and cannot be guaranteed near your assigned booth.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their supplies on-site on the date of the event.

All materials are due by February 5, 2027. Complete the 2-page Exhibitor Application and return it to kennedy@cameroams.com. Exhibit space is not confirmed until the signed application is received and written acceptance has been sent back to you. Payment must be received by February 5, 2027, and placement in the hall will not be assigned until full payment has been received. Cancellations must be received in writing by February 5, 2027; no refund will be provided after that date.
